OHSU Departmental Tram Ticket Request
The below form is for staff of Oregon Health & Science University to request tram tickets for needs related to OHSU business and mission areas. Each OHSU patient and their personal visitor must have an individual pass per ride.

Tram ticket types
Each pass allows one individual to board the Tram for a single ride or same-day roundtrip. Children 6 years old and younger ride free.
A patient pass may only be used by a patient or their personal visitor.
A courtesy pass is intended for a person not otherwise eligible for a patient pass.
